Being open and transparent about a player’s future with all stakeholders on TransferRoom has enabled Brondby to widen their options in the transfer market and create a more competitive bidding process.
For Executive Football Director Carsten V. Jensen such honest conversations can still result in a player moving to a country of his choice, with Brondby then specifically targeting that market through TransferRoom in a bid to drive up the price of the transfer fee.
It is a more focused way of working that has helped ensure Brondby take pressure off the wage bill, and build a young, hungry team in the Danish Superliga.
